

ABOUT WILD ROSE YOGA
Wild Rose Yoga adopts a 'neo-traditional' approach to yoga; rooted in ancient wisdom, blossoming into a fresh, free-spirited vibe for the modern day yogi.
A rewilding of body, mind and soul, our classes weave together strength and mobility, calm and clarity, effort and ease. I aim to inspire within you a joy of moving, feeling, being - wild, untamed and free.
I have been facilitating joyful movement since 2016; with a background in exercise, movement and dance, and I became a certified yoga teacher in 2021. Over the decade, I’ve taught everything from sassy dance fitness and sweaty HIIT classes, to soulful yoga retreats, corporate yoga events, puppy yoga classes and seated yoga in care homes.

I am really enjoying Rosie's Monday classes at the barn in Westdene, it's' a small and friendly group and Rosie is an excellent teacher, making sure everyone understand how each pose and movement should feel and sharing her yogi wisdom at the beginning and end of each session. It's a great way to start the week, at the end I always feel calm and focussed on the week ahead.

I’m relatively new to yoga and was looking for a class that made me feel welcome and supported in learning to practice. From the start Rosie was so helpful, she’s a fantastic teacher and her classes are fun, energetic and relaxing all rolled into one. My practice and confidence have really developed over the past few months since joining her class, she’s a great teacher…I would definitely recommend!
