Wild Rose Yoga adopts a 'neo-traditional' approach to yoga, blending together the roots of ancient yogic teachings with a modern, playful, free-spiritedness.
I’ve been facilitating joyful movement since 2016; with a background in exercise, movement and dance, and I became a certified yoga teacher in 2021. Over the decade, I’ve taught everything from sassy dance fitness and sweaty HIIT classes, to soulful yoga retreats, puppy yoga events and seated yoga for in care homes for the elderly.
Wild Rose Yoga classes restore body, mind and soul by weaving together strength and mobility, calm and clarity, effort and ease. I aim to inspire a joy of moving, feeling, being - wild, untamed and free.
