A half day retreat to nourish your nervous system. Through movement, rest and yogic tools backed by science we'll explore grounding practices to nurture your roots so you can bloom.

Our day will be held at the tranquil Pitfield Barn, overlooking the flower field in midsummer's bloom. This calm and beautiful setting encourages the body and mind to feel at one with nature as we move through a 60 minute embodied yoga flow.


nourish your nervous system
A light, seasonal lunch box will be provided as we have the chance to eat mindfully, enjoy the beautiful flowers and connect with each other.
space to soften
A brief workshop exploring how the nervous system works, with practical tools and simple take-home practices to support you in real-life moments of stress, overwhelm and burnout. We’ll then ease into gentle somatic movement and a restorative yoga practice to help the body soften, the nervous system settle and the day fully integrate.
