Service Description
This is a small-group strength and conditioning class designed for people who practise yoga (or other movement disciplines) and want to feel stronger, steadier, and more resilient in their bodies. Using foundational strength & conditioning exercises, the class focuses on developing functional strength that transfers directly into movement — including single-leg stability, deep core control, and strength through full ranges of motion. Training is coached, intentional, and progressive, with an emphasis on control, alignment, and joint integrity rather than speed or exhaustion. This is not a yoga class. It’s strength training, delivered in a supportive, non-gym environment, for people who care about how they move.
